🌾 A Fresh New Thatch for The Ship! 🌾

After many, many years, The Ship Inn at Porlock Weir has a beautiful new thatched roof!

It’s been quite a transformation watching the old thatch come off and the new roof take shape, all while keeping the character and charm that makes The Ship so special.

There’s something wonderful about seeing a traditional building cared for in the traditional way, and we think the finished result looks absolutely fantastic.

A big thank you to everyone involved in giving our much-loved Ship a fresh new hat! ⚓️
